Cancellation Policy

Business Name: Katie Jane - Business and Mindset Mentor

At Katie Jane - Business and Mindset Mentor, I am committed to providing high quality coaching, mentoring, and support to every client. In order to maintain fairness, professionalism, and respect for both parties’ time, the following cancellation policy applies to all services.

1. Appointment Cancellations

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule any scheduled coaching, mentoring, or consultation session.

Cancellation requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation.

2. Late Cancellations

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in:

  • The session being forfeited

  • No refund being issued

  • The session being counted as completed within your package or programme

Late cancellations affect scheduling and availability, therefore exceptions will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.

3. Missed Appointments (No Shows)

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, this will be treated as a No Show.

In the event of a no show:

  • The session will be automatically forfeited

  • No refund will be provided

  • The missed session cannot be rescheduled

Repeated no shows may result in termination of ongoing services without refund.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Repeated requests to reschedule may affect continued participation in ongoing mentorship programmes.

5. Programmes, Packages & Prepaid Services

Where clients purchase multi-session packages, mentoring programmes, coaching containers, or prepaid services:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Unused sessions are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing

  • Purchased packages must be used within the agreed service period

Failure to attend booked sessions does not extend programme duration unless approved.

6. Digital Products & Online Resources

Due to the immediate nature of access, all purchases of:

  • Digital downloads

  • Online courses

  • Workbooks

  • Templates

  • Training materials

  • Recorded masterclasses

are non-refundable once access has been granted.

7. Memberships or Recurring Services (If Applicable)

For memberships, subscription-based coaching, or recurring programmes:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle

  • Payments already processed will not be refunded

  • Access remains active until the current billing period ends

8. Business Right to Cancel

Katie Jane - Business and Mindset Mentor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel a session:

  • The session will be rescheduled promptly

  • Alternatively, a refund may be offered where appropriate

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases involving:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Family emergencies

  • Serious unforeseen circumstances

Any exception remains entirely at the discretion of Katie Jane - Business and Mindset Mentor.

10. Agreement

By booking any service with Katie Jane - Business and Mindset Mentor, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

We value commitment, consistency, and mutual respect, and appreciate your understanding.
